This includes one month of ongoing coaching after your initial month. You can continue to renew your program and work with your coach until you feel as though you are ready and have the tools to continue your healthy new lifestyle on your own.
One Month of Continuous Coaching
Continous coaching is for each month after your intial month. This includes around the clock access to your coach for guidance, motivation, and support. You will continue to weigh-in three times a week and submit weekly progress reports. As your weight changes so will your body's nutritional demands. Your coach is equipped to help you avoid set-backs, break through plateus, and will be there to help you every step of the way.
