Personalized Program First Month

  • Your personalized program begins with an initial one-on-one consultation with your coach to discuss your current habits, lifestyle, struggles, and goals.  Your coach will then develop a plan to fit your lifestyle and teach you how to begin.  After the initial consulation you will have access to your coach around the clock for support and guidance. The program includes weigh-ins three times a week and a weekly progress report.  This will help your coach monitor your progress and make adjustments to avoid plateus or set-backs.
